The Wake

At an isolated country estate, an apprehensive Englishman accompanies his girlfriend to her grandfather’s traditional Irish wake, where old rituals conceal darker histories. As night falls and the mourners begin to leave, he is asked to keep watch over the dead — with one rule: the body must never be left alone.
